About the time
None of the hours fits in my schedule. Will you make more groups?
It is unlikely. If I work more than that, I won’t have time to enjoy my life. However, if one of the groups doesn’t get filled up I might move one of the hours to later hours.
How can I know the time in my country?
Click on “check local” time for the different groups and you will be able to select your country and see your local time.

About the tool
We will use a tool that allows us to create a virtual interactive classroom. It is a premium tool, but it will be included with your membership. Way better than Zoom, as you can see from my student’s face.
About the payment
How much do the classes cost?
It is 120€ for eight classes of 90 minutes per month. The hour is 10€ per hour. 75% cheaper than my private lessons.
Is the payment secure?
The payment is 100% secure.
To process payments, I use Stripe, a platform used by Spotify, Amazon, Uber, and thousands of online stores worldwide. I do not receive your card number. The payment data is handled by Stripe. I only receive your first name, last name, and email address. Therefore, your credit card is safe on the servers of Stripe, one of the largest payment management companies in the world.
In addition, yourspanishguide.com is SSL certified. This means that the data you send through my website is encrypted, so no one can access it.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, I don’t want to have unhappy students. You can cancel at any time and if you claim a refund within the first 30 days of your subscription, I will issue a refund.
Will you refund me the lessons that I don’t attend?
No, the classes are recorded so you can watch them if you miss one.
Can I pay in my currency?
Yes, the platform automatically converts any currency into euros.
Can I pay for classes One-on-One?
Yes, you can purchase private lessons One-on-One.
About the classes
Will all my classmates have the same level?
Yes, all classmates will have a more or less similar level.
How long will I be able to speak?
In some parts of the class, we will divide the group—three subgroups of 2 people each to ensure that everyone participates for as long as possible.
Number of students per class?
There will be 6 students, never more than that.
